I had a very positiv...

I had a very positive experience dealing with Burberry. Two weeks ago I bought a jacket from their La Vallee outlet store but realized later that it has a defect zip. I then brought it to the St- Honore store for help. The store manager Clarence was so nice and helpful that she actually get the La Vallee store to send a new one for replacement. Two thumbs up!

Treatment of custome...

Treatment of customers was appallingly. Was told to wait downstairs for 20 mins for someone to bring us upstairs. After we meet our salesperson, he does not look us in the eye and was on his phone 3/4 of the time. Lastly, when we purchased a wallet, he left the credit card machine with me to make my own payment and walked off. Salesperson name was Mingxuan.

Miserable sales assi...

Miserable sales assistant. Very rude to my girlfriend and I. I went in there with an open Mind and wanted at least 1 trench coat, could have been swayed to get 2 or more but the attitude of the girl made me want to leave asap. Cheers, all the best.
